SHIPPING INFORMATION

WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days.
  • Allow up to 2-3 working days for orders delivered in South Africa to reach you. 
  • All orders are shipped via Road Freight
  • Cuddles in a Box does not insure your goods for loss or damage while being shipped to you. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, Cuddles in a Box will liaise with the courier and find a solution.
  • Please enter your shipping address correctly as once your order is dispatched, Cuddles in a Box cannot alter the address. If your address is incorrect you will be charged the return to Cuddles in a Box as well as the resend postage rates.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping charges of R95,00 will be charged.

Free shipping will apply to orders over R750.00.

Remote locations in South Africa may incur an additional shipping charge.

DELIVERY TIMES

We strive to ship as quickly as possible. We commit to 5-7 working days for delivery. In-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 – 48  hours of payment being received (does not include Saturday, Sundays or South African holidays).  Orders for items that are currently not in stock will be advised per e-mail.  If you notice any discrepancies on your order form, please contact us immediately to prevent any delays in receiving your order. 

SHIPPING DELAYS

We always try our best to ensure that your package arrives within the stipulated delivery times or sooner. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery errors, courier services & supplier delays. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will do our best to help you as best we can and endeavour to inform you as soon as we know of any impending delays.

FAILED DELIVERY

Should the courier service not be able to complete a delivery at the address specified by the customer, either due to an incorrect delivery address or unavailability of customer or assigned persons to accept the parcel, within regular delivery times, Cuddles in a Box may at its discretion charge the purchaser a delivery fee (equal to or lower than our standard delivery charges) for the subsequent delivery of the package.

TRACKING PARCELS & SIGNATURES

Once shipped a tracking number will be sent via email to the email address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel. 

Your order will be delivered by our preferred courier during the business week and your signature is required upon delivery.

 

 FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

Cuddles in a Box will happily arrange replacement, exchange or a refund for goods that are supplied in a faulty condition or incorrectly supplied.

We will only do this within the five (5) business days after you received your order.
Cuddles in a Box requires a digital photograph of the faulty product sent by email along with your purchase order number. A "Faulty Goods Claim Form" will be emailed in reply to your faulty goods claim. Please complete the "Faulty Goods Claim Form" and email to info@cuddlesinabox.co.za
Cuddles in a Box reserves the right to refuse a return of any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged. If you believe you have received incorrect goods, please email info@cuddlesinabox.co.za with your order number and contact details and a description of the problem. Cuddles in a Box reserves the right to not replace faulty or incorrect goods if the above procedure is not commenced within 5 business days of you receiving the goods.
